Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Lazy Esi’s. Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email sales@lazyesis.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
